About this qualification

This programme gives early years practitioners the teaching skills to train and mentor others. It is built around the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, applied to early years practice.

You will cover session planning, inclusive teaching approaches, managing a group and assessing learning, and deliver a short observed microteach.

Please note: this course is not eligible for government student finance (Student Loans Company funding).
