Yes. You can request a refund within seven days of enrolment. Refunds are not available once you have completed 50% or more of the course.

A digital certificate is issued automatically once you have completed all activities and passed all assessments for your qualification.

We issue a single standard digital certificate. You can download and print it yourself at any time from your dashboard.

Can we pay by invoice?

Corporate accounts can pay on 30-day invoice terms against a purchase order. Seats are activated once payment is received.
