Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer courses are practical, sector-focused programmes for people who want to assess or train others in Early Years, Hair and Beauty, or Health and Social Care. The assessor programmes are built around the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA); the trainer programmes around the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), with the learning materials and examples tailored to your field. These are training programmes rather than Ofqual-regulated qualifications in their own right — if you need the regulated qualification, take the CAVA or AET course from the Assessor Qualifications or Education and Training category.
