About this qualification

This programme prepares experienced hair and beauty professionals to assess the competence of learners working towards a qualification in their field. It follows the same principles as the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, applied to salon and training-provider settings.

You will learn how to plan assessments, judge evidence against standards, give developmental feedback and maintain assessment records that stand up to internal and external quality assurance.

Please note: this course is not eligible for government student finance (Student Loans Company funding).
