About this qualification

The Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants recognises the wider role of an experienced TA who plans and delivers learning activities, assesses and records pupil progress, and supports the professional development of other support staff. It covers child development, behaviour, inclusion, curriculum support and working with teachers, and is evidenced through a portfolio and observed practice in your own school. Studied online with a dedicated tutor.

Please note: this course is not eligible for government student finance (Student Loans Company funding).
