About this qualification

This award qualifies you to assess occupational competence in a real work environment — judging whether someone can do their job to the required standard using observation, questioning and workplace evidence. You will cover assessment planning, decision-making, feedback and quality assurance, then evidence your practice by assessing real candidates in their workplace. It pairs the knowledge unit with the workplace practical unit and is studied online with tutor feedback throughout.

Please note: this course is not eligible for government student finance (Student Loans Company funding).
